Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or social plug-ins. Fonts and content load from this site itself, not from third-party servers.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. On each visit the server technically processes data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
Contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp
The contact form does not send data to us: it opens your own email app with a prepared message that you send yourself. Data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, contact, description and photos of your tools) is used only to reply, prepare an estimate and carry out the order. We keep it as long as the order requires, or as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting).
Google reviews
The site shows customers’ public Google reviews, with a shortened name and profile picture as published on Google. If you would like your review removed from the site, write to us.
Links to other sites
Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and Facebook take you to those providers’ sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your data and to object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
